MOUNTAIN EMPIRE ADVENTURE CHALLENGE

The Mountain Empire Adventure Challenge is the summation of the Mountain Do Triathlon. THe Flint Mill Grind Adventure Race (long course), and the Bristol Challenge Triathlon; three races with challenges in three different diciplines...paddling, cycling, and running. Races range between the Sprint and Intermediate level designed for serious athletes and weekend warriors alike. Only you can decide your level of ablitlity and motivation. Decide what your goal is; teamwork, adventure, competition, or personal accomplishment and DO IT!
